Married in Vegas

Journal Entry: January 3, 2016

Letting a man plan and take care of me was a very new, beautiful experience. During one bubble bath on NYE we told each other what we desired to release from 2015 and let it go down the drain. He joined me and was such a gentleman. Later in the night we wrote down our 2016 desires on wish paper and sent them to the universe. My favorite moment was Larry saying he wanted only healthy relationships in his life that bring him joy.

The entire Vegas experience was him taking care of me – being so thoughtful and getting fresh snacks for the hotel room, making me bubble baths with special soap he picked out, booking a car to take me to see nature and meet his sweet grandma, reminding me to take care of myself and meditate when I forgot in all the fun. IMG_2812.jpg

The second morning he said ‘since we’re in Vegas we should get Fake Married’. I actually felt nervous yet excited and said ‘I’ve never worn a wedding dress.’ We found the Fake Marriage Photo Studio and he kept saying what a beautiful bride I was. I love how adventurous this man is and wasn’t afraid to play. From then on he told everyone that we had just got married and started calling himself ‘Mr Price’. When I left Vegas I knew we had something deep, playful, connected and very loving.

One of  Larry’s favorite moments of the trip was that “I let him carry my suitcases to be checked in.” At that same moment I was scared it wouldn’t be the same back in NYC. He could meet some other woman. He won’t fall in love with me. I was already falling for him. Maybe I already loved him. I so loved the way he makes me feel. Safe. Adored. Taken care of. Cared for. Loved. Cherished.

Favorite Moments: Hearing the knock from Larry on our hotel room room door. Taking a deep breath and opening it to see him so handsome holding flowers.

Going to a beautiful dinner at the Wynn where it was decorated with magnificent flowers. Coming back to the room and he turned the couch around so we could see the view and talk. Spending hours on that couch over the past 4 days. Falling asleep so easily together.

On New Years Eve he wanted to show me the town so we went to the Bellagio and had a romantic lunch at Olives. We sat outside on a gorgeous terrace and it was so damn romantic. He took me to the Paris hotel and we took photos with the 2016 balloons.
